Introducing Clayton

Clayton was born in Perth, Western Australia. He started dancing as a teenager with the West Australian School of Dance and found his love for dance during a performance on stage. He joined The Australian Ballet School in 2017, and after graduating in 2018, joined the Queensland Ballet Jette Parker Young Artist Program. He is now a Company Artist. 

 

Repertoire Highlights  

  • "Principal Male" in Paul Knobloch’s Valetta 
  • "Lead Elegy Male" in George Balanchine’s Serenade 
  • "Gurn" in La Sylphide 

 

Did you know… 

Once Clayton has retired from dancing, he would love to open his own café and specialise in making coffee.
