Kath Cadd

Kath Cadd is a seasoned educator and passionate arts advocate with extensive experience in Dance and Drama education across diverse teaching and leadership roles in schools throughout Queensland, the Northern Territory, and the UK. Beyond the classroom, she has worked as an education consultant and resource author for companies and independent artists, Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority assessor, and specialist pointe shoe fitter for ballet companies across Europe. Kath is currently serving as Secretary of Ausdance Queensland’s Management Committee and in an executive role on the Ausdance Educator’s sub-committee.  

As Education Manager at Queensland Ballet, Kath collaborates with educators, students, and arts leaders to champion the transformative power of dance education. Kath contributes extensive experience, fresh insights, and a steadfast dedication to promoting the arts in education.
